OUR STORY

A girl who was
always a dreamer.

Her dream started a long time ago, when she was working in a small breakfast shop. It was her first job in a new big city. The place wasn’t perfect, but it served unforgettable pancakes and offered something she deeply needed: warmth and a sense of belonging. It became her home away from home.

Her journey later took her to prestigious establishments around the world, but she never forgot where it all began or how it made her feel.

Wherever she travelled, one ritual remained: seeking out somewhere special for breakfast. Trends never guided her choice; it was always about the food and the atmosphere.

Eventually, she decided to create the experience she had always been searching for. Because breakfast is the first chapter of your day and can shape the mood of everything that follows.
